What are the measurement sizes for your bedding?
Answer: Currently we offer 2 sizes. Standard Single bed: 910mm by 1900mm. Kind Single: 1070mm by 2030mm. Our customised duvet inners, designed specifically to fit our bedding sizes are: Single: 910mm by 1820mm and King Single: 1070mm by 1950mm.

What materials are your bedding products made of?
Answer: Our bedding products are made from high-quality100% Cotton, our bedding is soft, comfortable and durable, designed to last for years to come.

What is the thread count of your sheets, and why does it matter?

Answer: Our bedding is made with a luxurious 200 and 300 thread count 100% cotton. A higher thread count often signifies softer and more luxurious bedding.

How do I care for my new bedding?
Answer: We recommend following the care instructions provided on the product label. Generally, machine wash your bedding in cold water with similar colors, tumble dry on low heat, and avoid using bleach or harsh detergents to preserve the fabric's quality.

Do you exchange or refund?
Answer: Yes If you aren’t happy with the size or style of your purchase, we'll happily offer you an Exchange or Refund on your bedding. Exchange must be within 14 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Do you offer any other sizes of bedding?
Answer: At this time, we do not offer any other sizes other than Single and King Single. However, we continuously evaluate new features based on customer feedback, so stay tuned for updates.

ORDERS & DELIVERY - Can I track my order?
Once your order has been despatched we will send you an email confirming your order along with a Courier tracking code. You'll be able to track the order online so you'll know when you'll be getting your new bedding.How long will it take to receive my order?
We know you'll be excited about receiving your Zipasleep & we'll aim to get them to you as soon as we can. Estimated delivery is 2-5 working days from confirmation of order. Goods are delivered Monday - Friday.
